About the Role
At WSP, you can contribute to landmark projects and connect with the brightest minds to do the best work of your life. We are seeking an Associate/Associate Director Sustainability Consultant to support the delivery of sustainable building solutions on high-profile projects and major frameworks as part of a growing national team based in our London office.

The team also offers sustainability and energy master planning for urban and semi-rural developments and supports BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and NABERS consulting services.

Reporting to a Regional Lead, you will help develop and grow the team's offering across various sectors. This client-facing role involves helping clients define and achieve their strategic goals related to net zero operational energy, embodied carbon, and wider sustainability targets.

Your responsibilities will include leading sustainability delivery on diverse projects, managing your own portfolio as the sustainability lead, developing sustainability approaches for significant portfolios and frameworks, increasing WSP's industry profile, supporting business development, leveraging client relationships, coordinating sustainability delivery across design teams, identifying cross-selling opportunities, supporting team growth through recruitment and development, preparing high-quality reports, and applying current and proposed UK sustainability legislation to project solutions.
