We are currently recruiting for a Wall Insulation Installer to join a growing retrofit delivery team. This is a field-based role ideal for someone with experience in Cavity, External, or Internal Wall Insulation (CWI/EWI/IWI) looking to work on meaningful retrofit projects that improve household energy performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, replace, or repair wall insulation systems in residential and commercial properties

• Prepare surfaces using adhesives, metal pins, asphalt, or cement where required

• Follow standard drill patterns and perform insulation extraction as needed

• Install additional ventilation systems (e.g. trickle vents, extractor fans)

• Conduct pre-work site assessments to ensure safe and efficient delivery

• Coordinate proactively with team leads and operations staff

• Communicate clearly with customers, providing demonstrations and aftercare when needed

• Complete documentation and reports to internal standards

• Travel between sites – 75% field-based (full UK driving licence required)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in wall insulation or general retrofit

• NVQ Level 2 or relevant technical qualification (engineering or construction)

• Valid CSCS card (preferred)

• Good planning, time management, and coordination skills

• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Presentable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused

• Full UK driving licence required

Salary:
£25,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location:
Based in Slough, with travel across job sites
