Role Overview

We are recruiting for approximately four Domestic Energy Assessors to support residential energy assessment and stock condition survey work across West London.

This is a full-time, permanent field-based role carrying out EPCs and stock condition surveys across residential properties. The role involves visiting homes, collecting accurate property data, engaging professionally with residents and clients, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards.

The confirmed priority locations are:

• Shepherd’s Bush

• Fulham

• Maida Vale

• Notting Hill

Applicants should ideally be based within approximately one hour of these locations, as regular travel between residential properties will be required.

The employer is looking for motivated, organised and professional candidates with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy and attention to detail.

Important Eligibility Information

Applicants must:

• Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment

• Hold a full clean driving licence

• Be DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check

What You’ll Do

• Carry out EPCs across residential properties

• Complete stock condition surveys where required

• Collect and record accurate property data

• Maintain high reporting and compliance standards

• Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues

• Travel between residential properties across your allocated area

• Work independently and manage your own schedule

• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment

• Full clean driving licence

• DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check

• Ideally based within approximately one hour of the areas of work

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping

• Confident using MS Office and electronic data systems

• Able to work independently and prioritise tasks

• Friendly, professional and proactive attitude

• Experience completing stock condition surveys is desirable

• Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment is desirable

• Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings is desirable

Pay: £25,000 to £30,000 per year

Hours: Full-time

Location: Field-based across West London
