Location
Based in Reading and surrounding areas.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Occasional Saturday overtime may be available for staff who wish to increase their earnings.

Salary
From £27,352 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
A full-time role for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a growing company providing communal garden maintenance services to Registered Social Landlord (Housing Association) clients in Reading and the surrounding areas. Duties include grass cutting, strimming, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.

Experience

• Previous garden maintenance experience preferred (1 year)
• Experience in grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and general grounds maintenance

About You

• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out outdoor manual work
• Over 21 years of age (for fleet vehicle insurance purposes)
• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
• Clean driving licence with no previous motoring convictions or disqualifications
