Location
Based in Horsham and surrounding areas.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Optional Saturday overtime may be available.

Salary
From £27,352 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
A full-time, permanent role for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a growing team providing communal garden maintenance services to Registered Social Landlord (Housing Association) clients in Horsham and the surrounding areas. Duties include grass cutting, strimming, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.

Experience

• Previous garden maintenance experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs

About You

• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to undertake outdoor manual work
• Over 21 years of age (for fleet vehicle insurance purposes)
• Eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
