Location
Based in Redhill and surrounding areas.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Occasionally, Saturday overtime may be available to staff who are interested in topping up their income.

Salary
From £27,352 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Company and help provide excellent communal garden maintenance services to our Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations) clients in Redhill and surrounding areas.

The role involves maintaining communal gardens, including grass cutting, strimming, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.

Experience

• Garden maintenance experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience in grass cutting, strimming, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs

About You

• Able to work as part of a team
• Physically fit
• Hold a full and clean manual driving licence with no previous motoring convictions or disqualifications
• Over 21 years of age (for fleet vehicle insurance purposes)
• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
