Are you an experienced Dry Liner looking for long-term work on a major London development?
We’re recruiting for a Dry Liner to join a large residential construction project in South Thamesmead (SE2). This is a great opportunity for someone with strong dry lining skills and the relevant qualifications to work full-time on a long-term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work from plans and technical drawings to install internal dry lining systems

• Cut and fix plasterboard to walls and ceilings

• Set up and install metal track and stud frames

• Prepare and finish surfaces to a high standard

• Conceal wiring and pipework as required

• Maintain health and safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dry lining

• Valid CSCS card:

  • Blue card for Level 2 NVQ

  • Gold card for Level 3 or 4 NVQ

  • Black card for Level 5+ NVQ

• Qualifications must include at least one of the following:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Construction Skills
  • Level 2 Diploma in Dry Lining
  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Interior Systems / Dry Lining Fixing

• Skilled, punctual, and able to work from drawings

• Applicants must live in one of the following postcode areas:
  DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE9, SE28

What’s On Offer:

• Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• 40 hours per week

• Salary: £22,000 – £33,000 per annum (based on experience)

• Opportunity to work on a long-term residential project with scope for further work
