We are currently recruiting a Drylining Trainee to join an active construction site in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the skills needed for a Level 2 Drylining qualification while gaining hands-on experience with professional tradespeople in a supportive team environment.

You must live in Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, or Hounslow to be eligible for this opportunity due to local borough employment requirements under Section 106.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with erecting plasterboard and drywall systems in line with site specifications
• Measure, cut, and fix metal track systems and install insulation
• Support with setting out and interpreting site drawings
• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Participate in team-based tasks, including loading and moving materials
• Learn the safe use of tools and correct storage of materials
• Attend training and work towards your NVQ Level 2 in Drylining

What We’re Looking For:
• Aged 18 or over
• Must have a valid CSCS card
• Level 1 Diploma in Construction or related subject preferred
• Previous site experience desirable but not essential
• Good numeracy and literacy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Enthusiastic, with a positive approach to teamwork and site safety
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

Pay, Hours, Location, Start Date:
• Pay: National Minimum Wage
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Location: Richmond (Ham Close)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Minimum 6 months with the opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2
