Experienced ECO Administrator (Part-Time, Remote)


About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ECO Administrator to support our submissions team during key notification deadlines. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working remotely.
As an ECO Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing ECO documentation, preparing evidence packs, and ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Process ECO scheme submissions and supporting documents accurately and efficiently
Prepare and submit reports to meet compliance requirements
Verify customer eligibility and maintain up-to-date records in line with scheme guidelines
Liaise with installers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience
Previous administrative experience, ideally within the energy, housing, or compliance sector
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office, CRM/database systems)
Knowledge of the ECO scheme or energy efficiency funding programmes is desirable but not essential
What We Offer
Salary: £24,242.40 per annum (pro rata)
