Field Sales Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar PV & Heat Pumps)
Location: South East England, field based with flexibility to work remotely.
Salary: £35,000 basic + £50k–£60k OTE + Car/Allowance + Fuel Card

Now we’re on the hunt for a Field Sales Managers to supercharge our Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV divisions and help shape the future of home heating across the South East.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work hot inbound leads (via partners, website, utilities) and generate new business through events and outreach.
• Meet homeowners, carry out consultative sales visits and heat loss surveys.
• Create tailored renewable energy proposals (heat pumps, insulation, solar PV).
• Close deals and manage your pipeline from proposal to installation.
