AgilityEco is a market leading provider of low carbon energy services to householders, businesses and public sector clients. It’s an exciting time to be part of the business as we pivot towards building an increased presence in the Social Housing and Local Authority retrofit industry.

The Financial Controller will lead the company’s financial management, reporting, and control functions. This role ensures robust financial governance while supporting strategic decision-making in a scaling, sustainability-focused business.

Key requirements for the role include clear communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, excellent organisation skills and strong accounting knowledge. This role offers a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to work in an exciting and dynamic environment.

Experience
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering or FP&A role
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting operational teams

About you
- Fully qualified accountant with a recognised body such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Attention to detail, ability to work quickly and accurately
- Excellent organisational skills

- Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
