About the Role
At M Group Energy, we deliver essential infrastructure services across electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. As a Revenue Protection Officer within our Metering team, you will investigate, detect, and prevent gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties. You will ensure installations are made safe and collaborate with suppliers to determine further actions. Your role includes collecting evidence and providing information to clients to support decision-making.

You will also be involved in debt recovery activities, which may include installing SMART meters or de-energising/disconnecting supplies. This role requires professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service skills, especially in challenging or confrontational situations.

Experience
Previous experience as a Revenue Protection Officer or in conflict management is useful but not essential. Experience installing gas and electric smart meters is required.

Qualifications
Valid full UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 with MET1.
NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) / MOCOPA.
