About the Role
The Finance Graduate Scheme at Equans offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest facilities management organisations and gain broad experience across diverse finance functions. Starting in September 2026, you will begin with an induction alongside your graduate cohort to build your network and understand the business. Over the 2-year scheme, you will complete rotations across 3 to 4 different finance teams, including a 6-month placement in Employee Business Services in Newcastle, 6 months in a central finance team such as Pricing & Modelling, Financial Planning & Analysis or Tax, and 12 months within operational finance on site. This structure will develop your technical skills, operational understanding, and financial knowledge, preparing you to work towards becoming chartered and progressing to a Junior Finance Business Partner role. The scheme includes extensive training, mentoring, and networking opportunities, with support to complete your CIMA or ACCA qualification. You will be encouraged to innovate, put customers first, and contribute to the energy, digital, and industrial transitions shaping our communities and clients. The role carries real responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact early in your career.

Experience
Previous work experience is desirable but not essential. Customer service experience and experience in a relevant field are advantageous.

Qualifications
