About the Role
Equans is seeking a PMO Analyst ERP to join the team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This full-time role is part of an exciting Transformation programme called Simplifying for You, which aims to simplify and modernise core business processes and systems across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations. Central to this programme is a major ERP initiative consolidating three ERPs onto SAP S4/Hana with standardised and optimised processes.

The Transformation PMO Analyst will report to the Transformation PMO Lead and play a critical role in delivering PMO activities and providing oversight across the ERP programme. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, championing status reporting, producing governance materials, monitoring and escalating risks, and leading risk mitigation efforts to ensure delivery integrity and alignment with strategic objectives.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering PMO activities within Programme or Project environments
- Experience working on large-scale ERP and systems implementation projects covering full programme lifecycle from design through build, test, and deployment
