About the Role
Equans is seeking a Solutions Lead S2P to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will play a key role in our UK Business Unit's transformation programme, "Simplifying for You," which aims to modernise and standardise core business processes and systems across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations. Central to this programme is a major ERP initiative consolidating three ERPs onto SAP S/4HANA with optimised, standardised processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream, ensuring alignment with organisational and programme objectives
- Championing business value delivery by realising identified benefits and identifying additional opportunities
- Influencing and engaging senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive adoption
- Defining and delivering reporting and analytics frameworks with clear KPIs for data-driven decision-making
- Managing risks and issues proactively to safeguard programme outcomes
- Leading change management initiatives to ensure business readiness and sustainable embedding of new processes and systems
- Upholding governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the workstream and wider programme
Experience
- Deep subject matter expertise in project-related business processes with proven ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP platforms in complex, multi-business environments
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change management initiatives and driving business readiness
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and secure buy-in at all organisational levels
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
