About the Role
As a Security Officer at Equans, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, visitors, and assets. Your duties will include monitoring and controlling access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and safe environment, preventing unauthorised access, and deterring criminal activities.

Experience
Proven experience in a security or related field
Experience using security systems such as CCTV and access control equipment

About you
Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence
First Aid Certification
Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations
Clear criminal background check
Customer service skills
Physical ability to perform security duties
Flexibility and availability for various shifts
Conflict resolution skills
Computer skills
Training in security protocols and emergency response procedures

Qualifications
