About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Systems Analyst to join our Finance Team. You will assist the Senior Finance Planning & Systems Manager in maintaining and improving the forecasting and budgeting tool for the UK&I business. The role also involves supporting the wider Central Finance team with automation and standardisation of processes, with a particular focus on managing and controlling "Big Data".

Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date documentation and process notes related to the forecasting and budgeting tool, training users, providing system support and issue resolution, and working closely with "Super Users" to enhance user experience. You will also assist with the implementation of future system enhancements and provide ad hoc support within Central Finance related to automation, database management, and large data set manipulation.

Experience
- STEM / IT Graduate
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite including Sheets
- Basic programming skills
- Good appreciation of systems and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicting demands and priorities

Desirable
- Knowledge of Access Database
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or another planning tool
