Location
This is a regional mobile role covering London & South East: predominantly working at Kings College Hospital, Croydon Hospital, Lewisham Hospital, Lister Hospital in Stevenage, Selchp District heating in Bermondsey (SE London), supporting Airbus Stevenage as well as supporting The Royal Free Hospital.

Hours
43 hours a week - Applicants must be able to cover a call-out roster of 1 in 4 weekends once trained.

Salary
Up to £52,000 per annum plus company vehicle and Veolia benefits.

What you'll be doing:
- Pro-actively undertake daily operational and maintenance routines of Energy Centre equipment including Steam Boilers, LTHW Systems, and associated equipment.
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance.
- Perform all works in line with Veolia health and safety policy, including supervision of contractors, permit to work, and risk assessment.
- Complete service reports and associated paperwork.
- Provide an appropriate response to emergency situations.
- Carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment.
- Perform routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment.

Please note this role involves some lifting, working at heights and/or in confined spaces.

Experience
Experience in operation of Steam Plant and associated equipment is essential.
Proven good record of health and safety performance.
Ability to dismantle and reassemble boilers and associated equipment for annual inspections.

About you
Ability to write and follow risk assessments for specific tasks.
Ability to follow method statements and amend as required.
Computer literate.
Full driving licence required.

Qualifications
Qualification in mechanical or electrical industrial maintenance.
