We are currently recruiting Formwork Apprentices to join a leading construction engineering contractor on a major site in Westminster. This opportunity includes a paid one-month trial starting in October, with successful candidates progressing to a formal apprenticeship programme.

What You Will Do:

• Support site operations and assist with formwork construction under supervision

• Shift and distribute materials safely to the correct locations

• Follow site safety procedures and complete tasks as instructed by the site team

• Learn practical formwork and concrete-related skills on the job and in training

• Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a safe and efficient site environment

Who Can Apply:
To be eligible, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over

• Hold a valid CSCS card

• Live in the borough of Westminster

• Have a genuine interest in construction, particularly formwork and concrete work

What We Are Looking For:

• Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic

• Physically fit and confident working on large construction sites

• Safety-conscious with good coordination and practical ability

• Motivated to learn a skilled trade and work toward a Level 2 or 3 qualification

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) are desirable

Pay:
£13.85 per hour (London Living Wage)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (50 hours per week)
