About the Role

Join the team at the iconic RSPB Arne Nature Reserve, a breathtaking location on Poole Harbour within the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Arne is a rich mosaic of habitats, home to rare wildlife including all six of the UK’s native reptiles, Dartford Warblers, Woodlarks, Nightjars, and many other species such as Smooth Snakes, Silver-studded Blue Butterflies, Ladybird Spiders, and rare heathland plants.

As an Embedded Fundraiser, you will inspire and engage visitors and the local community to support conservation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, sharing their passion for nature, and driving positive action. You will receive full training and ongoing support to develop your skills and succeed in this dynamic, meaningful role.

Experience working face-to-face with the public in roles such as hospitality, customer service, sales, sustainability, conservation, campaigning, fundraising, business development, retail, or volunteering will be beneficial but not essential. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to tell compelling stories are what matter most.

Experience
No prior fundraising experience required; full training will be provided. Experience in roles involving face-to-face engagement, customer service, sales, or conservation is advantageous but not essential.
