About the Role
Make a difference this summer by joining the RSPB Fundraising Team. This role is all about engaging with people, inspiring public support for nature, and turning passion into action. You will travel to local venues using a company van (fuel and parking covered, with average travel time up to one hour each way), set up eye-catching fundraising stands, and chat with the public about the RSPB’s mission. You’ll spend your days outdoors, meeting new people, and making a tangible impact for wildlife. This role requires confidence and resilience but is incredibly rewarding. Full training is provided, and no prior wildlife knowledge is necessary. The position is fixed-term until early September 2026, with potential to return each year. Induction and training will be held at RSPB HQ, Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel and accommodation covered). The active fundraising season runs from April to September.

Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
