About the Role
Are you passionate about nature and want to make a real difference? We are seeking an inspiring individual to empower and grow our RSPB Youth Group network by providing leadership, advice, and support. You will provide regional coordination and direction of RSPB Youth Group operations and build volunteer capability across England. Identifying, developing, and delivering training and resources to maximise Youth Group impact will be part of your remit. You will champion Youth Groups both internally and externally, influencing and raising awareness through communications planning to ensure their contributions are celebrated and valued. Additionally, you will lead, manage, and support a team of country expert volunteers to assist with these objectives.
