Location
Bempton Cliffs Reserve and surrounding towns within 10 miles of Bempton, East Yorkshire. Travel to local venues and events daily using a company van.

Hours
Flexible working options: 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month. Active fundraising season runs April to September.

Salary
£25,847 per annum (pro rata, stable salary not commission-based)

About the Role
Make a difference this summer by joining the RSPB Fundraising Team in the Bempton area. This role is all about engaging with the public, inspiring support for nature, and turning passion into action. Each day you will travel to local venues using a company van (fuel and parking covered), set up eye-catching fundraising stands, and chat with visitors about the RSPB’s mission. You will spend your days outdoors, meeting new people, and making a tangible impact for wildlife. This role requires confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude. Full training is provided, and no prior wildlife knowledge is necessary. The position is fixed-term until early September 2026, with potential to return each year. Induction and training take place at RSPB HQ, Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel and accommodation covered).

Experience
Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

About you
Passionate about people and conservation. Confident engaging with members of the public. Resilient and positive when faced with challenges. Comfortable working outdoors and independently. Willingness to travel up to one hour each way from home daily. Availability to work most weekends during the fundraising season. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Right to work in the UK is mandatory. This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship.
