Location
Chelmsford and surrounding towns (within 10 miles). Travel up to an hour from home each day. Occasional travel to HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire for induction (all costs covered).

Full time with availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month.

Are you passionate about nature and confident engaging with strangers? Join the RSPB as a Fundraiser in Chelmsford and become a visible, passionate ambassador for conservation. This role involves using a company van to travel to local venues, setting up eye-catching fundraising stands, and inspiring the public to support nature through regular membership donations. You will spend much of your time outdoors, often on your feet, and working independently. This role requires resilience, grit, and the ability to bounce back after challenging days. Full training is provided, and no prior wildlife knowledge is needed. Experience
Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
