Full time with availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month. Outdoor work, often on your feet and sometimes alone.

Are you passionate about nature and confident in striking up conversations with strangers? Join the RSPB as a Fundraiser in County Tyrone and make a meaningful impact every day. This role involves using a company van (fuel and parking covered) to travel to local venues, setting up engaging fundraising stands, and inspiring the public to support conservation through regular membership. You will be a visible ambassador for nature, often working outdoors and outside your comfort zone. This role requires resilience, grit, and the ability to bounce back after challenging days. We provide full training—no prior wildlife knowledge needed—and a salary-based role with income stability. Experience
Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is required. Experience working outdoors or in roles requiring resilience is advantageous.

About you
Passionate about people and conservation, with confidence to engage strangers and work towards clear targets. Resilient and positive in the face of rejection. Comfortable working outdoors and often alone. Must be available to work most weekends and travel up to an hour each way daily.

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence is essential. No specific qualifications in wildlife or conservation are required as full training will be provided. Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
