Are you passionate about nature and confident in engaging with new people? Join the RSPB as a Fundraiser in Kent and become a visible, passionate ambassador for conservation. This role involves using a company van to travel to local venues, setting up eye-catching fundraising stands, and inspiring the public to support nature through regular membership. You will engage in meaningful conversations, often outdoors and on your feet, requiring resilience and positivity to thrive. This is not a typical 9-5 job; it demands grit, enthusiasm, and the ability to bounce back after challenging days. We provide full training, no prior wildlife knowledge is needed, and you will receive a salary-based role with income stability, a company van with all expenses covered, 34 days annual leave including bank holidays, and sabbatical opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to preserving nature and inspiring others to take action, supported by a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to positive environmental change.

Experience
Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is required. Experience engaging with the public and working towards targets is essential.
