As an RSPB Fundraiser, you will be a visible, passionate ambassador for conservation, often working outdoors and engaging the public in meaningful conversations about protecting nature.

You will use a company van (with fuel and parking covered) to travel to venues in your area, set up eye-catching fundraising stands, and inspire people to become RSPB members through regular direct debit support. This role requires grit, resilience, and the ability to bounce back after tough days, but offers deep fulfillment for those who thrive on purpose and people.

Full training is provided, so no prior wildlife knowledge is needed. This is a salary-based role with set income stability, generous annual leave including bank holidays, and sabbatical opportunities. Join a team dedicated to preserving nature and making a real-world impact every day.

Experience
Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
