About the Role
Ready for a role that’s rewarding, challenging, and never dull? Are you passionate about nature and confident in striking up conversations with strangers to inspire action? As an RSPB Fundraiser, you will be a visible and passionate ambassador for nature, often outdoors and engaging the public in meaningful conversations about conservation. Using a company van (with fuel and parking covered), you will travel to venues in your area, set up eye-catching fundraising stands, and encourage people to become RSPB members through regular direct debit support. This role requires grit, resilience, and the ability to bounce back after tough days, but offers deep fulfillment for those who thrive on purpose and people.

We provide full training (no prior wildlife knowledge needed), a salary-based role with income stability (not commission), a company van for business use with all expenses covered, and generous benefits including 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus sabbatical opportunities. Experience
Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

About you
- Passionate about people and conservation, with a willingness to learn all necessary skills.
- Resilient and able to maintain positivity despite rejection.
- Confident speaking to strangers and motivated by clear targets.
- Comfortable working outdoors and often independently.
- Willingness to travel up to an hour each way daily.
- Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Full training and support will be provided. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
