Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces?
We are currently recruiting a Gardener/Landscaper for a professional and friendly landscaping business operating across Barnet and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in horticulture who wants to develop their career while working on a variety of creative and practical garden projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-standard gardening and landscaping work across private and commercial sites

• Maintain outdoor spaces with tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and general tidying

• Anticipate and respond to client needs, both for regular and one-off visits

• Use a smartphone app to complete job reports and manage daily schedules

• Operate and maintain garden machinery and power tools safely

• Drive company vehicles to different job sites (manual and automatic)

• Work in all weather conditions, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude

• Use ladders to access work at height (up to 5 metres)

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 horticultural qualification (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of plants, soils, pest control, and seasonal horticulture

• Confident using smartphones and apps for reporting/scheduling

• Excellent timekeeping – punctual 8AM starts are essential

• Physically fit and capable of lifting, digging, and carrying heavy materials

• Great attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Reliable, self-motivated, and a good team player

• Experience with power tools and garden machinery (desirable)

• Applicant must be local to Barnet and the surrounding areas

What’s On Offer:

• Salary circa £30,000, depending on experience

• Consistent Monday to Friday working hours (8AM start, finish between 3–5PM)

• Friendly and supportive team environment

• Optional Saturday overtime
