We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic gardener to join our small, family-run gardening business. Established in 2015, we’ve built a loyal client base across West and South West London, including Richmond, Hounslow, Wandsworth, Kingston, Chiswick, and Hammersmith.

This is a permanent position, offering the chance to become part of a close-knit, supportive team that takes pride in high-quality garden care and strong, long-standing relationships with clients.

Essential Criteria:

• Some gardening experience (preferred)
• A genuine interest in gardening and plants
• Good client-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

Preferred:

• Horticultural knowledge or qualifications
• Experience working in domestic gardens
• Familiarity with basic gardening tools and machinery

• Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

• 4-day working week (exact days to be discussed)

• Closed in January – time to rest and recharge

• Pay: £13–15 per hour, depending on experience

• Locations: Gardens across SW and West London
