About the Role
Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. With over 34,000 people in more than 30 countries, we are dedicated to improving quality of life. Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, involving real client work and projects from day one. Each graduate’s journey is unique, shaped by their chosen specialism and the variety of projects they contribute to. You will build technical expertise by contributing to meaningful client engagements and project work, while developing business acumen and professional skills through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Graduates are encouraged and supported to proactively seek opportunities to broaden their experience and development.

As a Graduate Flood Risk & Hydrology Engineer, you will specialise within your chosen discipline and gain the appropriate experience to become a technical expert. You will work alongside hydrologists and flood modelling experts to deliver flood mapping projects, flood risk assessments, reservoir flood studies, and water environment EIA and consenting studies. Projects range from infrastructure developments to renewable energy schemes for a diverse range of clients. This role offers an exciting range of duties and excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Being an Engineer at Arcadis means applying a human filter to your technical expertise and training, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During this programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable to clients in the UK and internationally.
