As a Graduate Telecoms Engineer, you will specialise within your chosen engineering discipline and gain the appropriate experiences needed to become a technical expert. You will apply your technical expertise with a human focus, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During the programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable to clients in the UK and internationally.

Our systems engineers work across railway, highway, and defence sectors delivering a whole system-led approach. Telecom Engineers play a key role in understanding customer and stakeholder needs, managing project requirements and interfaces through design, installation, testing/commissioning, operation, maintenance, and obsolescence management phases of the project lifecycle.

Experience
You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree. Demonstrated resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders are required. Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (with virtual working embraced where possible).

Qualifications
Accepted degrees include MEng or MSc in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecoms Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other engineering discipline.
