About the Role
As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will be an ambassador for Thames Water on the road, upholding our values and delivering first-class customer service. You will join the Logistics Delivery team operating a fleet of Potable Water Tankers to support both reactive and planned work, ensuring the essential delivery of water to our customers. Your responsibilities will include taking water samples before loading and discharging water into hydrants or reservoirs, following all processes and procedures carefully. You will be expected to drive both HGV 1 and HGV 2 vehicles with manual and automatic gearboxes, as well as various support vehicles such as Welfare vans. Experience
Proven experience as a Class 1 HGV Driver is required.

About you
Happy to work on a rotational shift pattern including days and nights.
No more than 6 penalty points on your licence and no DR or IN convictions.
Demonstrates clear knowledge of Transport Law and the Road Traffic Act.
Working knowledge of Drivers' Hours rules and Working Time regulations.

Qualifications
A full driver CPC and a valid Driver Tachograph card are essential.
