About the Role
Equans are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on an 8-month fixed term contract. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package. You will provide dedicated first line HR support to Mid and Front-Line management within HMCTS, supporting approximately 1600 colleagues across a national multisite contract. Specifically, you will support regional management teams and Support Functions covering around 350 colleagues. Your responsibilities will include advising and supporting line managers on HR policies and practices such as disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management. You will coach managers to build capability, promote ownership of people management, and embed a leadership framework. Additional duties include attendance management reporting, monitoring appraisal cycles, supporting month-end reporting, launching new policies, advising on employee engagement initiatives, supporting TUPE processes, compliance checking, coordinating REMCO processes, and assisting with structural changes and mobilisations. You will play a key role in driving improvements in culture, change management, compliance, and cost control to enhance engagement and financial results. Adherence to and promotion of the EQUANS ethics policy is essential.

Experience
- Operational HR advisory experience supporting multi-site contracts
- Track record in HR generalist and change management roles
- Working knowledge of TUPE and contract mobilisation
- Experience with UK employment legislation and best practice
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience gathering and presenting HR data

Qualifications
