About the Role
EQUANS is recruiting a Joiner to carry out joinery duties in accordance with statutory regulations, company policies, and procedures. This permanent role involves producing high-quality workmanship to meet contract requirements while adhering to SHEQ policies and safety standards. You will be part of an on-call rota to cover out-of-hours breakdowns as required.

Key responsibilities include replacement and rehanging of internal and external doors, repairing or replacing locking mechanisms, kitchen units, worktops, floors, carcasing, UPVC and aluminum windows and doors, skirtings, architraves, capping, studding, staircases, and roof timbers.

Additional duties involve maintaining company quality standards, ensuring compliance with specifications and workmanship schedules, delivering excellent customer care with professionalism, maintaining company tools, achieving first-time fixes wherever possible, using appropriate safety equipment and uniform, keeping work areas clean and tidy, responsibly managing the company van and keys, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, coordinating materials, completing contract documentation accurately and timely, and fulfilling any other reasonable management requests.

Experience
