Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) connects local residents with construction and green economy roles across London. We work with developers and contractors to ensure local people can benefit from job opportunities on major construction projects.

We are currently recruiting a Labourer to support works on a high-profile construction site in Westminster. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic site experience and a valid CSCS card who is ready to contribute to a busy, high-standard site environment.

Please note: Due to Section 106 local employment requirements, only applicants who live in the Westminster borough will be considered for this opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
• Distribute materials and equipment to site teams
• Keep the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Assist different trades as required across the site
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Install temporary protection to joinery, doors, and finished surfaces
• Report any site issues to supervisors or the site manager

What We’re Looking For:
• Aged 18 or over
• Must live in Westminster
• Valid Green CSCS card (essential)
• Some site or manual handling experience preferred
• Able to lift, carry, and move materials safely
• Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple trades
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious

Pay:
£150 per shift

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (9 hours paid per day)
