About Net Zero Careers
Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) connects local residents to practical construction roles that support greener, safer and more inclusive built environments. We work with major contractors and developers to ensure local labour is prioritised across London’s construction projects.

We are currently recruiting a Labourer for a busy central London construction site. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build site experience, gain exposure to a range of trades, and support a large residential or mixed-use development.

Please note: This role is open to Westminster residents only due to Section 106 local employment requirements. 

What You’ll Do:
• Load, unload, and distribute materials across the site
• Keep work areas safe, clean and tidy
• Assist tradespeople with general site tasks
• Install protection on doors, joinery and surfaces
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Report to site supervisor and support as needed

What We’re Looking For:
• Must live in the London Borough of Westminster
• Previous experience on a construction site (desirable)
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
• Willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Eligibility – Section 106 Borough Restrictions
You must live in the London Borough of Westminster to be eligible.

Pay:
£14.50 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (paid 9 hours per day)
