About the Role

Our mission is to connect talent with meaningful roles that support a low-carbon future. We are currently seeking a Landscape Operative to join our growing team. This is an outdoor, hands-on role suited to individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and have an eye for detail. Key responsibilities include operating mowers, strimmers, and other equipment to maintain grass and landscaped areas, performing general grounds maintenance including weeding, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, bed maintenance, and planting, carrying out hardstanding and kerb maintenance, following daily work schedules and reporting progress via Timegate, maintaining tools and vehicles, using appropriate PPE, and adhering to Health & Safety procedures, as well as communicating effectively with supervisors and reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Experience
Previous experience in grounds maintenance is an advantage (training can be provided).

About you
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Full UK driving licence. Sound understanding of Health & Safety practices. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions accurately.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience is beneficial.
