Hours
Full time, with work involving travel and overnight stays; accommodation and daily subsistence allowance provided. Some commuting to Gloucester depot may be required.

About the Role
Arcadis is the world’s leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. As an Experienced Lead Driller based at our Gloucester facility, you will work across a variety of UK sites, supporting our Environmental team to improve quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to environmental management projects involving protected species, pollution control, surface water and materials management, air quality, and noise monitoring. You will work independently, demonstrating leadership and playing a key role in developing Assistant Drillers and promoting Health and Safety stewardship. Experience
Proven experience as a Lead Driller, preferably holding an NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling. Experience in Logging to BS5930 and knowledge of Eurocode 7 is beneficial. Experience working in manufacturing, petrochemical, or construction environments is advantageous.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong leadership skills. Committed to Health and Safety stewardship and capable of developing Assistant Drillers. Willingness to travel and work away from home during the week. Resides within reasonable commuting distance to Gloucester depot.
Qualifications
Clean and valid UK driving licence held for at least 12 months (Category B essential; C1+E and/or C preferable). Valid CSCS Card. Personal Track Safety (PTS) accreditation or SPA/PIA training card is advantageous. BDA audit experience is beneficial.
