As a Level 3 Service Engineer Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience repairing and maintaining water technology products for a diverse range of clients, supported by continuous training throughout your apprenticeship journey.

This role requires a good understanding of work routines and technical procedures, which you will develop through formal training and practical experience. You will support Service Engineers with breakdown troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, commissioning new products, and providing after-sales technical and commercial support. You will also be responsible for timely reporting, completing risk assessments, work reports, timesheets, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Experience
No prior experience required; however, a commitment to the programme and practical problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications
Essential:
- GCSE English Language (grade 4 or above)
- GCSE Maths (grade 4 or above)

Desirable:
- GCSE Science (grade 4 or above)
