Role Overview

We are a fast-growing organisation operating in the UK energy efficiency and retrofit sector. Our mission is to improve the energy performance of homes through high-quality installation of insulation and renewable technologies. Working across residential properties, we support government-backed retrofit programmes and private homeowners seeking to reduce energy bills and carbon emissions. We are recruiting for a Loft Insulation Installer that will play a vital role in improving the energy efficiency, warmth and overall comfort of residential properties. This position focuses on installing insulation materials within loft spaces to reduce heat loss and support homeowners in lowering energy bills. The role requires a practical mindset, safe working practices, and a strong commitment to high‑quality workmanship.

Working both independently and as part of an installation team, you will prepare loft spaces, install insulation materials to required standards, and maintain accurate documentation of all completed work. As installations take place in occupied homes, the role also demands professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service.

Salary Range: £28,000-38,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Install loft insulation in residential properties

• Prepare loft spaces and ensure safe access

• Install insulation materials to required depth and coverage

• Follow health and safety procedures in confined spaces

• Work closely with installation teams

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on site

• Complete job documentation and installation records

• Experience in insulation or construction preferred

• Ability to work in loft spaces and physically demanding environments

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• CSCS card preferred

• Full UK driving licence desirable
