About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager to provide practical day-to-day support across the business. This is a varied role involving administration, coordination, tenders, delivery tracking and general support to the CEO and wider team, including the solar side of the business.
This role would suit someone highly organised, proactive and dependable, who is comfortable juggling tasks, chasing progress and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Support with tender documents and related administration
Help track goods, deliveries and key operational tasks
Chase actions and ensure tasks are progressing on time
Provide day-to-day support to the CEO
Support the solar team with administration and coordination
Maintain accurate records, documents and internal organisation
Help ensure the office and wider business run efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised and proactive approach
Good administrative and coordination skills
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Confident following up with suppliers, colleagues and partners
Able to work in a fast-moving office environment
Full UK driving licence likely to be essential
An interest in heating, solar or related sectors would be useful
