Personal Assistant & Admin Support

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team. This role also includes wider administrative support to the business on an ad hoc basis. You’ll be at the heart of a busy, confidential environment, ensuring smooth operations and helping the leadership team stay organised and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA and secretarial support to the Managing Director
- Manage calendars, arrange and coordinate meetings, and organise business travel
- Support leadership meetings (logistics, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions)
- Prepare expense claims and manage office supplies
- Organise company events and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain master data, assist with supplier and system updates
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- General admin support as required by the MD and senior team
About You
- 5+ years’ experience at senior PA/secretarial level
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- French language skills (advantageous, not essential)
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Location: Canary Wharf
