
Location
Ascot and various site locations including Reading, Abingdon, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Newbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Aylesbury, Witney, Maidenhead, and Slough.
Hours
8 hours per day, typically starting at 7:30am depending on site. Includes a 1 hour lunch break. Finish times and working days to be confirmed. 40 hours per week.

About the Role
Join a leading company specialising in plumbing work on new build properties for major builders such as Berkley, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, and Pye Homes. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience working within new build homes, learning plumbing, heating, and renewable energy systems. You will gain skills in general plumbing repairs and maintenance, central heating servicing and installation, boiler servicing and installation, and bathroom and kitchen installation. You will assist skilled plumbers, learning tasks such as planning, selecting materials, installation, testing, fault finding, diagnostics, and maintenance. The role involves precision measuring, interpreting technical drawings, using hand and power tools safely, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. You will also have opportunities to observe other trades to understand the sequence of work on building projects. Apprentices will spend time working with both the new build and maintenance & servicing teams.
Training
This apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or training organisation, with at least 20% of working hours dedicated to study. Training will be provided at Abingdon and Witney College or other local colleges depending on location. Apprentices will attend college one day per week over the 4-year duration of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications
