About the Role
At WSP, you will have the opportunity to work on landmark projects that make a positive impact on communities and the environment. Our portfolio spans multiple sectors including energy, aviation, nuclear, rail, property, and local government. You will lead environmental teams and inputs to project designs and assessments, influencing and improving environmental performance across diverse sectors such as rail, highways, energy, and commercial/residential developments. Your role will cover all stages of the project lifecycle from feasibility and planning through detailed design, construction, and handover/maintenance.

Typical responsibilities include providing environmental advice and support to clients and project teams, promoting sustainable design and environmental enhancement, leading complex projects with oversight of technical, quality, commercial, and health and safety aspects, and building strong client relationships. You will also contribute to business development activities including preparing proposals, delivering bids, and presenting at conferences.

Additionally, you will drive innovation through initiatives such as Digital EIA and Technical Excellence, support team performance and career development, and promote an inclusive and safe workplace culture aligned with WSP’s values.
