About the Role

Key responsibilities include running the governance framework, driving roadmap delivery and managing change control, assessing workstream progress and reporting to stakeholders, managing interdependencies and sequencing work, owning the programme budget and resource plans, surfacing and resolving risks and issues promptly, and coordinating between F&C Transformation and wider Thames Water transformation activities to ensure integration.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Thames Water during a pivotal turnaround phase, engaging with the whole business and supporting the company’s recapitalisation and re-engagement with capital markets. You will be part of a growing team contributing to Thames Water’s strategic journey.
