About the Role
Make a difference this summer by joining the RSPB Fundraising Team in Dartford. This role is perfect for those passionate about nature and confident engaging with the public. You will travel daily to local venues using a company van (fuel and parking covered), set up eye-catching fundraising stands, and inspire people to support wildlife through regular giving. This is an outdoor, people-focused role requiring confidence, resilience, and enthusiasm. Full training is provided, and no prior wildlife knowledge is necessary. The role runs from February/March 2026 for 7 months until early September, with the potential to return each year. Induction and training take place at RSPB HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire, with travel and accommodation covered. The active fundraising season runs from April to September.

Experience
Fundraising, sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

About you
Passionate about people and conservation, confident engaging with the public, resilient and positive when faced with challenges, comfortable working outdoors and independently, willing to travel up to one hour each way from home, and available to work most weekends during the season

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence is essential. This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
