We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Advisory team focused on Procurement & Supply Chain. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team supports clients across infrastructure and the built environment to implement bold solutions and solve their most pressing problems.

Our Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory capability works with some of the UK's largest organisations to design, mobilise, and deliver complex investment programmes while maintaining operational excellence. We help clients make better procurement decisions, establish effective supplier relationships, strengthen organisational capability, and realise value from their supply chains.

This role involves structuring complex and ambiguous problems, conducting analysis, facilitating client workshops, delivering diagnostic assessments, influencing senior stakeholders, leading workstreams, supporting business development, and coaching junior team members. You will contribute to the continuous development of our Procurement & Supply Chain capability and help clients navigate complex challenges to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Experience
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Supply Chain and Procurement Strategy
- Category Management
- Contract and Commercial Advice
- Market Engagement & Market Management
- Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
- Procurement Execution
- Supply Chain Sustainability
- Supply Base Resilience & Risk Management
- Process Improvement and Digitisation
- Procurement and Commercial Capability Transformation

Experience within one or more of these sectors is desirable:
- Transport
- Water & Energy
- Industrial Manufacturing & Technology
- Real Estate & Development

About you
You demonstrate leadership potential and have experience supporting supply chain and procurement projects or major transformations. You possess expertise in one or more of the capability areas described above and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You are commercially aware, collaborative in approach, and motivated to contribute to business development and sales opportunities. Passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges, you are eager to contribute to the growth of our Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory capability.

Qualifications
Our Advisory team is recognised for the quality of its people. You will have a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively, and a talent for demonstrating the right solutions to clients’ most pressing issues. Your experience may come from management consulting (Big-4, Strategy or Boutique firms), engineering, cost & commercial consultancy, programme/project management, or client-side roles with transferable skills and knowledge to pivot into consultancy.
