About the Role
Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. With over 34,000 people across more than 30 countries, we are dedicated to improving quality of life by solving complex challenges together. The Senior Data Scientist will lead and oversee the technical delivery of Arcadis digital and analytical solutions within our Asset Management service area, part of the Solutions Delivery group. The role involves managing and delivering projects, coaching junior team members, and contributing to business development and growth. You will play a key client-facing role throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution demonstrations to results presentation, training, and supporting adoption of delivered solutions. You will also support business development through technical sales, proposal writing, and identifying new revenue opportunities, ensuring delivered services and software meet client expectations and realise business benefits.
