About the Role

As a Site Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and safety by operating pressure washer machinery to clean a variety of vehicles. Your responsibilities will include using degreasers and chemicals safely in line with health and safety risk assessments and method statements, maintaining and improving cleaning schedules, clearing debris and waste from the wash area and site, and performing other manual duties as directed by the Workshop Manager. You will also be responsible for keeping tools and equipment in good repair, maintaining site areas for safe operation, adhering to PPE requirements, completing vehicle washing logs, and managing necessary vehicle movements between locations. Experience
Training or experience in the use of pressure washers is required.
Ability to work alone and under pressure, actively seeking solutions to problems.
Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.

Qualifications
UK Full HGV licence (Category C) is essential.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance)
- Leadership experience
- Qualification issued by the Water Jetting Association (WJA)
